Overview
This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced PA/Office Administrator to join its thriving office on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to the company Directors across the business, including admin support, diary and travel management, and taking meeting notes.
* Support the finance team with bookkeeping as required.
* Ensure all permits, passes and other paperwork (RAMs, etc.) are in place for installation teams to work in a timely manner.
* Assist with larger projects such as ISO applications and help establish and implement effective agency-wide processes and project governance guidelines to improve daily operations and team cohesion.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Dynamic, highly organised, excellent communicators, and good negotiators.
* Available for a quick start.
* Solid PA/Administration background, ideally within a construction or graphics environment.
* Full knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to be office-based 5 days a week.
* Free onsite parking is available.
