Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact on the ICT Service Desk, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
* Manage user authentication and access control, ensuring secure and authorised access.
* Lead day-to-day ICT procurement, from sourcing quotes to managing inventories.
* Manage Print Room operations and day to day backup processes.
* Provide expert advice and support to ICT users across the organisation.
