You will work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams, providing clear andmercially focused advice throughout all project stages.
You will be responsible for managing full pre‑and post‑contract duties, including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting. You will lead client meetings, monitor project performance, manage variations, and ensure projects are delivered in line with budgets and expectations.
Alongside your project responsibilities, you will support and mentor junior team members and contribute to maintaining high standards across the business.What you'll need to succeedYou will have a strong background in quantity surveying within a consultancy environment and experience managing projects across sectors such as residential,mercial, healthcare, or education.
