Job Description
Shift Pattern:
1. 4ON 4OFF Rotating (4 Days and then 4 Nights)
Salary:
2. £12.57 per hour
Your main job duties will include but will not be limited to the following;
3. Working in collaboration with the shift Team Leader and site management.
4. Completing all tasks to a high standard, swiftly and safely
5. To ensure the smooth running of the site by completing all tasks swiftly and safely in the warehouse.
6. You will be responsible for loading / unloading wagons or containers.
7. Scanning all pallets into correct locations and completing all jobs 100%
8. Work to a high standard to ensure all pallets are delivered in a good condition
9. Manage your time effectively so ensure all tasks are completed.
10. Maintain equipment and report any faults or issues immediately
11. Follow all site safe systems of work
12. Assist team leaders or management team if needed.
13. Ensure that there is a full handover to the following shift and site management.
14. Encourage awareness off the site rules including, use of walkways, use of designated smoking, eating and mobile phone areas and the correct way of wearing PPE.
Qualifications
15. FLT Counterbalance Licence/experience is essential (In house or Expired Licences will be considered)
16. Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment
17. Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
18. Conscientious and reliable nature
19. Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
20. Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative
21. Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns
22. Should have good oral and written communication skills
