Experience for this Commercial Property Legal Administrator/Legal Secretary vacancy:
You will provide essential administrative support for property transactions, ensuring smooth processes and excellent client service.
File Management: Open, maintain, and close files in accordance with company procedures
Draft and process legal documents, contracts, and forms related to property transactions
Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legislation, anti-money laundering regulations, and company policies
Assist with invoicing, payments, and completion statements.Skills & Qualifications for this Commercial Property Legal Administrator/Legal Secretary vacancy:
Minimum of 12-18 months working in a Property Administrator and/or Property Legal Secretary role within a law firm
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and conveyancing case management software.
