Job Title - Professional Support Assistant - Voids Team

Permanent

Grade 2 - £24,796 - £26,824

We are a Living Wage Employer, and all our roles will be paid as such where the pay scales are below the Living Wage rate.

Working 36.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Professional Support Assistant to join Business Support working with the busy voids team at Kings Road in Birmingham. The successful applicant will undertake a range of core administration and financial functions which support the office, using departmental databases and systems as part of daily administrative work. The role is fast paced and KPI driven, therefore, the work needs to be completed accurately and in a timely manner.

As part of the role, you will be interacting with customers and liaising with internal/external teams and agencies on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for an experienced administrator who is flexible and adaptable with a ‘can do attitude’ who can work under pressure in a busy team where deadlines are crucial. You would need to have attention to detail to ensure all enquiries are processed consistently as well as demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality while complying with data protection. Great customer service and administration skills are essential as well as a desire to continue to develop your skills through regular training and other opportunities.

Full training, mentoring and coaching will be provided to the successful candidate.

Location of work (hybrid) - 3 days per week at 150-152 Kings Road, Tyseley, Birmingham, B11 2AP with two day’s working from home dependent on the business and service requirements.
