Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and vendors
* Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
* Organise and attend property viewings
* Manage and progress property sales from offer through to completion
* Collaborate with internal mortgage, protection, and lettings teams to support cross‑selling opportunities
Candidate Requirements
* Proven background in estate agency, with a strong track record in conducting valuations and winning instructions
* Full UK driving licence
* Self‑motivated and target‑driven
* Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role
* Strong personal integrity; professional, personable, and commercially aware
* Confident IT user, able to learn new systems quickly
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
