We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director with a strong background in Point of Sale (POS) marketing and execution to lead client relationships and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of retail marketing, and can deliver innovative POS solutions and process improvements that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all POS related initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic POS campaigns across multiple channels including in store, digital, and experiential.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and high quality delivery.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on POS trends, shopper behaviour, and retail environments.
• Encourage a culture of innovation, identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies and methodologies.
