About The Role:
The Crowd has partnered with a sought after, international luxury interiors studio that are looking for a Mid / Senior Interior Designer to join their team in central London. A studio that prides themselves on creating atmospheric spaces that are tailored to the context and the client’s needs and are expanding fast within the hospitality design industry.
The studio boasts a holistic design approach driven by storytelling with every project tailored to high-calibre clients. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a strong drive for leading luxury hospitality projects with a proactive and confident attitude. This is a senior role that will play a pivotal part within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Through conceptual changes, you would be responsible for the development of initial briefs and pitching to clients through planning, sketching and rendering along with the wider team
* You would be responsible for FF&E, procurement and specifications on projects
* You would be confident in presenting ideas and passionate about joining in discussions with the wider team
* Through design development stages you would refine, review and implement interior and architectural finishes
* Responsible for overseeing and coordinating structural elements of the projects
* Liaise with MEP, lighting and structural consultants
* Working with the project management team and external suppliers, you would be responsible for creating bespoke joinery and furniture items
* Strong experience in drawing packages and detailing from concept stages to construction documentation
* Act as the main port of call for queries from external consultants, suppliers and manufacturers
Key Skills / Requirements:
* A degree in interior design/ architecture and relevant experience
* At least 5 years relevant professional experience
* Great visual and verbal communication
* A creative and proactive designer who shows passion for creative concepts
* Proficiency in Revit is essential for the role.
* Experience working with Rhino, Autocad Sketchup and Adobe is also highly desirable.
* Experience in 3D software and rendering is preferable
* Previous experience working on luxury hospitality, hotel or F&B projects is necessary for this role
