Role: Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to support and manage the workshop Technical Assistants in the L&D Centre, including ordering materials. Responsibilities may include product training on Eurocell Building Plastics product ranges.
* Manage workshop Technical Assistants
* Order materials
* Resolve escalated issues regarding stock and deliveries
* Conduct product training to staff to enhance product knowledge
* Inspect and survey properties and organize remedial actions
* Produce records and reports as required
* Handle queries from installers, householders, architects, and internal sources
* Ensure team compliance training is up to date and recorded
Requirements:
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy checking
* Strong analytical and report writing skills
* Experience managing others
* Resource planning experience
* Problem-solving skills and solution implementation at team level
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel with overnight stays
