THE ROLE
As Head of Marketing you'll be entrepreneurial, commercially minded and genuinely hands on. You'll lead and grow the brand across all sales channels, managing agency partners, bringing clarity to complex product propositions and making them meaningful and compelling for consumers. Responsibilities will include:
1. Lead brand strategy and positioning across all channels
2. Manage digital, paid media and social agencies
3. Oversee PR and brand communications
4. Support retail and marketplace marketing (including DTC and third-party channels)
5. Create marketing toolkits for international partners
6. Translate technical product information into consumer-facing messaging
7. Deliver a suite of monthly marketing reports to demonstrate progress across channels
ABOUT YOU
This role suits a commercially minded marketer who enjoys building in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You’ll bring:
8. Strong consumer marketing experience in the health, wellness or FMCG category
9. Proven experience managing and holding agencies accountable across social, digital and PR
10. Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google, Meta, Bing)
11. A hands-on approach—comfortable executing as well as leading
12. Demonstrable track record of brand growth and campaign performance
13. Familiarity with Amazon marketing and ecommerce channels
