THE ROLE
Due to an innovative change in how patients access care, The Strand Medical Surgery in Goring-by-Sea is looking to recruit part-time to full-time receptionists to join their team.
Your role will involve: meeting and greeting patients at our front desk as well as assisting patients over the telephone, hence people skills and empathy are a must.
The practice is fun, friendly and busy but always professional. As part of the team you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house care for our 15,700 plus patients. You will need to be polite, professional and ideally have experience as a receptionist, but don't worry we can offer training to the right candidates.
WORKING HOURS
The core business hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30, with occasional weekends (at your choice) however we need to ensure the surgery is open on time and closes down appropriately, therefore you shift will start either 15 minutes before or after the opening or closure of the surgery.
Tuesday and Wednesday 7:45 - 18:45 (1hr lunch) & additional shifts might be available
4 to 6 weeks of in-house training will be provided to the right candidate.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£12.30 per hour
