We now seek a dynamic and forward thinking Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO) to join and grow with our team.

In your role you will work closely with the Trust Leader/CEO, Head Teachers and Trustees. The work is varied and challenging covering the day-to-day management of all non-education areas from Finance, HR, through risk management to supporting the development and delivery of Trust strategy. In short, your role in managing the Trust’s financial and physical resources effectively is key to ensuring that we become sustainable and that every child has an opportunity to succeed.
Advise Headteachers on Financial and Operational matters
Support strategic decision making that benefits children in our schools
Contribute to the long-term sustainability and success of schools that are deeply rooted in their communities
Be part of the Trust’s Executive Leadership Team
A proven track record of financial leadership
Strong understanding of financial compliance and risk management
The ability to communicate clearly complex financial information to a range of stakeholders, including non-financial colleagues and governors
