Youll act as a leader on the sales floor, supporting junior consultants, driving performance, and contributing to the overall strategic growth of the business. What Youll Be Doing Build, grow, and take ownership of a high-value recruitment desk within the finance & accountancy space. Lead by example through high outbound sales activity, consistent performance, and strong market presence. Support, mentor, and help develop junior consultants with the potential to formally manage a team. Drive business development activity across NI, ROI and NYC - winning new clients and strengthening existing partnerships. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from prospecting to placement. Provide market insight, commercial strategy, and input into new market development. Consistently hit and exceed KPIs, targets, and revenue goals while raising standards across the team. What Were Looking For Proven experience within recruitment (any sector), ideally with a track record of billing success. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build and grow profitable desks or markets. Leadership potential experience mentoring others or contributing to team development. Thick-skinned, resilient, competitive, and hungry for success. Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls and proactive business development.
