Are you an experienced New Build Manager, Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Senior Engineer from a plumbing, heating, or building services background, looking for a role with more responsibility, structure, and long-term security?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing heating and plumbing contractor that works exclusively within the residential new-build sector. The company is known for high-quality delivery, strong client relationships, and repeat business, and they actively invest in their people through training and long-term career development.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a New Build Manager / Project Supervisor to oversee multiple sites and play a key role in the next phase of the company's expansion.
In this role, you will typically oversee 5 to 10 sites, coordinating engineers, managing materials, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will spend four days per week site-based, travelling between projects, with one day per week office-based in Northampton. Full support, structure, and training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
This position would suit someone looking to step off the tools, or an existing supervisor or manager seeking a stable, Monday-to-Friday role within a professional and supportive business.
The Role:
Managing multiple residential new-build sites (typically 5-10)
Supervising engineers and subcontractors on site
Coordinating materials, schedules, and project progress
Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met
The Person:
Background in plumbing, heating, or building services
Experience within new-build or residential construction projects
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple sites and priorities
