About the role-
This position is mainly dealing with admin tasks, you will need to have accurate data entry skills, able to use MS Office, to include Excel, and TEAMS.
Updating the system accurately
Liaising with care providers to ensure the service users details are updated on the system
Updating care providers on the system
Ensuring that the care providers are compliant and all documents are in place, liaising with the finance teams
Must have great attention to details
Be process driven
Ideally you will have a good understanding of the care system, so if you have worked within the care sector previously as a co-ordinator/administrator, this would be ideal.
This role is covering adult social care, covering those leaving hospital and who want to live as independently as they can
who need care in the community or with a care provider for Mental health, Learning Disabilities.
