We are seeking an experienced Red Hat Deployment and Platform Engineer to join our high‑performance engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, automating, and maintaining enterprise‑grade platforms built on Red Hat technologies and container orchestration systems. You will work closely with DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering teams to streamline deployment processes, enhance platform reliability, and ensure secure, consistent, and scalable environments.
Your responsibilities:
•Platform Deployment & Engineering
oDeploy, configure, and manage platforms based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and related technologies.
oImplement and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and secure configurations.
oManage build, deployment, and orchestration processes using Jenkins and similar CI/CD tools.
•Deployment Automation & Pipeline Management
oAutomate deployment and configuration activities using scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
oDevelop, enhance, and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines.
oEnsure repeatable, reliable, and secure deployment processes aligned with best practices.
•Operational Excellence & SRE Support
oContribute to SRE practices including monitoring, incident response, latency management, and service reliability improvements.
oSupport observability initiatives by integrating monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
oTroubleshoot platform issues across Red Hat, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, networking, and security layers.
•Collaboration & Documentation
oWork with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end deployments.
oMaintain accurate technical documentation, deployment runbooks, and operational workflows.
oParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled platform engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins. They possess a deep understanding of automated deployment practices, infrastructure reliability, and modern DevOps methodologies. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in secure, compliance‑driven environments are essential. SRE experience and a passion for automation, observability, and operational excellence will be highly beneficial for this role.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
Technical Skills
•Extensive hands‑on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
•Strong experience with Kubernetes (OpenShift experience is a plus).
•Proficient in Jenkins and pipeline management.
•Strong background in deployment automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, YAML).
•Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) tools is beneficial.
•Understanding of SRE concepts such as:

oAutomation of operational tasks
