Area to be covered: Western Scotland
Remuneration: £45,000 – £50,000 + up to 10% bonus

Responsibilities
* Site Technician position dealing with the installation of various flat roof systems such as; felt roofing, green roofing systems, bitumen membranes, hot melt roofing, cold liquid applied waterproofing, waterproof roof coatings, single ply, structural waterproofing etc
* Building and fostering relationships within our clients’ approved roofing contractor network
* Training of Approved Contractor operatives, ensuring the content of the training and quality of delivery are to the highest possible standard
* Oversee site installation monitoring, across all flat roofing and waterproofing systems
* Ensure highest levels of workmanship are upheld
* Delivering hands on training for approved contractor operatives
* Carrying out site inspections for multiple on-going projects
* Complete and distribute inspection reports following site inspections and quickly communicating any issues that require immediate attention
* Acting as an intermediary to assist the project team and contractors in resolving issues
Qualifications
* Must have installation or training experience working with various flat roofing systems such as: felt roofing, bitumen membranes; hot melt roofing, cold liquid applied waterproofing, waterproof roof coatings, single ply, structural waterproofing etc.
* Must have extensive experience with bitumen and single ply
* Experienced in delivery of Training – Train the Trainer qualification advantageous
* Strong technical skills
* Full UK driving license
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
