Who are we looking for?
You will be an experienced & ambitious current
Assistant Manager or Deputy Manage
r, in a similar style premium, high-volume restaurant, hotel or gastro pub; most importantly you will be passionate about customer service excellence, hopefully a foodie like us and willing to get stuck in, learn & progress. Hours will be 40-48 per week and you will be required to work evenings & the majority of weekends.
