Key Responsibilities
* Build and repair desktop PCs to customer specifications
* Set up and configure new laptops for deployment
* Install and troubleshoot wireless access points
* Diagnose and resolve printer issues
* Provide first-line technical support over the phone
* Deliver face-to-face support to walk-in customers in our shop
What We're Looking For
* Solid understanding of PC hardware and software
* Experience with Windows OS and basic networking
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills for both phone and in-person support
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
