Senior Support Worker – Tegfan, Swansea - £13.75 to £14.20 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience) - Full time – 45.5 hours per week

A day in the life of a Senior Support Worker includes:
* Leading shifts and supporting the team
* Maintaining high standards across the service
* Supporting reporting and evidence‑gathering
* Working collaboratively with internal and external professionals
* Contributing to assessments and care/support plan development
* Promoting and celebrating the home’s achievements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* Experience in a support or care environment
* A full driving licence
* QCF Level 3 (or working towards it)
* Knowledge of statutory regulations
* The ability to lead by example and act as a positive role model
* Commitment to upholding company policies and standards
* Strong safeguarding awareness
* Good understanding of Health & Safety and risk assessments
Please note: This role currently involves regulated activity with children and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check. Requirements may change as the service transitions to adult support by 2027.
