As a commercial administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our strategic vision by providing essential administrative support to our commercial team. This is more than just an admin role, it's a chance to be at the heart of a team that is helping to shape the future of housing. You'll be working closely with both internal colleagues and external partners, contributing to the success of projects that directly impact the lives of our customers. From managing diaries and organising meetings, to maintaining accurate digital records and supporting with purchase orders and invoices, you'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly. Your ability to stay organised and keep on top of multiple tasks will be key, as will your strong communication skills and attention to detail. This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from either of our main offices in Tewkesbury or Chipping Sodbury with regular home working available. A basic DBS check is required. You will have: Previous experience working in an administrative role Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic familiarity with COINS or similar operating systems Confidence working across different teams and disciplines Experience taking minutes in meetings A collaborative, proactive approach aligned with the Bromford DNA A commitment to doing the right thing and supporting team success The closing date is 29th August 2025.
