Operational Support Planner
Job Purpose: Ensure continuous supply of goods achieving Company KPIs and budgets
Service
Deliver to company availability targets for all retail channels, whilst balancing associated cost for New & Refit and other exceptional activity.
Provide agreed level of service to Business to Business (3rd party) customers.
Stock
Management of stock in store assisting through emergency escalations, peak stock holding and stock build management.
Knowledge:
* Support the existing store support team with daily and weekly tasks.
* Support the existing planning team with daily and weekly tasks.
* Deliver New & Refit program with the aim of maximising availability in stores.
* Provide ad hoc reports to Supply Chain.
* Deliver Closure store program with the aim of ensuring a service in level with company.
* Improve optimisation across the Iceland estate.
* Develop processes for new B2B customers.
Skills:
1. Timely publication of accurate reports.
2. Facilitate the non-core activity across the business.
3. Respond quickly to requests elsewhere in the Supply Chain.
4. Manage and ensure that accuracy of store settings.
5. Manage, track, and strive to improve Store Service and Shrink levels.
