About The Role
As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver high‑quality care and support our residents. You’ll answer phones, handle files, support managers, greet visitors, engage with residents, and give prospective clients and families a clear view of what makes our care unique. This role requires a vibrant, welcoming approach to create a happy environment for everyone.
About You
We’re looking for someone who can multi‑task, has good computer skills, and demonstrates a confident telephone manner. You should be a people person who will take a genuine interest in our residents and their families.
