Working hours: 9 – 4:45 (Monday to Thursday) and 9 – 4pm (Friday)
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Coordinator.
This is a varied and fast-paced position, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and keeping operations running smoothly. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative functions within the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
2. Managing and screening both shared and personal email inboxes
3. Setting up new jobs on system
4. Purchasing materials required for ongoing and upcoming jobs
5. Handling inbound and outbound post and deliveries
6. Booking travel and accommodation as required
7. Coordinating and booking staff training courses
8. Carrying out routine checks for fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency lighting
9. Coordinating the inspection and certification of products
About You
10. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
11. Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
12. Confident communicator, both over the phone and via email
13. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
