WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll work day-to-day with the head of Creative and you'll play a vital role in developing engaging and innovative ideas.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We're seeking a bright Junior Creative with a real passion for quality food, sustainability, and design.
You'll be involved in supporting our social media campaigns, content strategy, video content creation, marketing campaigns, paid advertising, and PR. Helping us elevate our brand and connect with our audience on a deeper level.
We're looking for an ambitious individual, keen to grow with the brand. The role is perfect for a creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We encourage the successful candidate to take ownership of this role, shape it, and contribute plenty of creative input.
YOUR ROLE
* Contribute to impactful creative campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of content strategies that capture attention.
* Create diverse content: Produce compelling visuals, videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials
* Collaborate and learn: Work closely with the Head of Creative and other team members, gaining valuable experience and honing your creative skills.
* Support the head of creative: aid in the delivery of the overarching strategy and to develop new concepts
* Take ownership and make an impact: In a smaller business, your contributions will be highly visible and directly impact our success.
* Experiment and innovate: Explore new ways of working formats and techniques to push our boundaries.
WHO YOU ARE
* A passion for creativity and a keen eye for design.
* A Willingness to travel.
* A positive attitude.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
* A portfolio showcasing your creative work (e.g., design, photography, videography).
* Great organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
* Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
* Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
* A love for dairy!
