Position: Senior Sous Chef
As a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to help them excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

* Experience understanding the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit and stock control.
