Role Responsibilities
* Assess each resident's physical, psychological, and social needs and develop a care plan.
* Continuously evaluate care needs and ensure that care plans and records are up-to-date and accurate.
* Provide daily visits to assess individual needs and assist service users to maximize their comfort and dignity.
* Lead a multi-disciplinary shift team, supervising staff and guiding their development.
