The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within our contingent staffing division. This is a client-facing, strategic sales role, responsible for acquiring new business, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our value-driven IT workforce solutions specifically within the Managed Project Solutions area. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the Managed Project Solutions sarea through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation. Consult with clients to understand their contingent workforce needs and propose tailored solutions (SOW, staff augmentation, managed project solutions). Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Managers, and Project Leads. Create and deliver compelling proposals and RFP responses aligned to client pain points. Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure the successful fulfillment of client requirements. Track, forecast, and report on sales metrics and pipeline using CRM tools. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic planning. What We’re Looking For Proven track record of business development success within the Managed Project Solutions area 10 years contingent staffing sales experience. Deep understanding of contingent workforce models, particularly Statement of Work, Staff Augmentation and Managed Project solutions. Strong consultative selling skills and ability to tailor solutions to client needs. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A network of contacts within IT departments and a strong understanding of the tech hiring landscape. Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong commercial acumen. Why Join Us?
