We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver PPA cover, lead whole-class sessions in the event of absence, and support pupils across KS1 and KS2 with targeted interventions. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging PPA and class cover across the school Lead small group intervention sessions to boost attainment Provide targeted SEN support, adapting learning to individual needs Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment What We're Looking For: Level 4 HLTA qualification or QTS Proven experience within a primary school setting Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills Experience supporting SEN pupils Confident delivering lessons across different year groups Why Work with Long Term Futures?
