The role involves preparing, building, and installing engineering systems on luxury yachts, ensuring all work aligns with current drawings, specifications, and industry guidelines. Essential Skills Ability to install engineering systems in yachts or recreational craft. Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Safe operation of hand, power, and bench-mounted tools, including polishers and grinders. Personal Attributes Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail with a "right first time" approach. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. Additional Requirements Must be comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and on uneven surfaces.
