* Holds suitable educational qualifications such as QTS, a teaching degree, or a degree with PGCE.
* Has successful experience in implementing positive behaviour support strategies.
* Possesses knowledge of inclusive education that encourages students to achieve meaningful outcomes and greater independence.
* Is familiar with current curriculum developments.
* Knows child and adult safeguarding procedures.
* Understands the principles of good curriculum provision.
