The School and Role
The school is a Primary pupil referral unit that caters for children who aren't able to attend a mainstream school due to behaviour difficulties. Your role would be helping them to achieve their full potential through learning and effective behaviour management. The hours of work are 8:15 - 3:30, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Support teaching and learning for pupils in a primary setting
* Assist with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment
* Work as part of a team to support pupil progress
Qualifications / Desired Skills
* Experience of working with school-aged children
* Experience of working with pupils with SEND
* A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
* An ability to work as part of a team
