Role Overview
We have excellent opportunities for Graduate Engineers to join our team. Graduates will play a key role in planning, designing, and delivering infrastructure projects alongside experienced team members. You will gain hands-on experience in Civil Engineering, building on your academic achievements and previous work experience.
What you'll do:
* Assist in designing and developing civil engineering projects including Marine, Civil Infrastructure, and Rail
* Conduct site visits and investigations
* Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications using CAD software
* Support Project Managers in planning, budgeting, and scheduling
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure project success
* Monitor construction progress and provide technical support on-site
* Analyze data and recommend engineering solutions
Requirements for a Graduate Civil Engineer:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, or relevant field
* Minimum 40 weeks of work experience in Civil Engineering or Construction
* Full driving license for UK/Ireland
* Flexibility to travel to sites
* IT literacy
Desirable:
* CSR, CSCS, or Safe Pass card/certificate
* Knowledge of AutoCAD
