I am currently looking for an experienced Administrator to support my client’s busy construction team on a permanent basis.
Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate records, efficiently organise the database and assist with general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and input accurate data records
2. Filing, photocopying and scanning documents
3. Provide excellent customer service/communications via phone, email and face-to-face.
4. Prepare reports to monitor and measure data
5. Schedule meetings, conferences, accommodations and courses
6. All other ad-hoc office/administration duties.
Key Requirements
7. Previous experience in an administration role (preferred)
8. Proficient in all Microsoft packages including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
9. Computer literate with high attention to detail and accuracy when typing
10. Organised, able to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
11. Excellent phone manners with strong written and verbal communication skills

12. Salary £22,000 (increases April 2024)
13. 20 days holiday + Bank
