Recruitment Coordinator - Contingent Talent Team Location: London, Farringdon (2 days per week, Wed & Thurs)Duration: PermanentStart date: ASAPHours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5:45pmSalary: £28K base depending on experience + bonusesBenefits: Private medical, dental insurance, pension, 24 days holiday + 1 day for your birthday + option to buy up to 5 days, summer Fridays (0.5 day Fridays for July & August),Progression plan: This role offers the chance to progress to a Junior Recruiter in 12-18MReports to: Head of Contingent TalentOur Contingent Talent team recruits top talent into contract positions at brands such as Google, Amazon, Meta, Netflix, Workday, The BBC, and 10 other household name clients!You'll be at the heart of the team, helping to make sure that all administrative processes run smoothly and the team can focus on finding top talent to fill roles. We're looking for someone who can lead the compliance for on-boarding of new contract workers, and make sure they have a stellar candidate experience. You'll also be helping to source candidates for roles such as 'Partner Marketing Manager' or 'Software Engineer', so you'll get a great foundational understanding of the full recruitment lifecyclePrimary Responsibilities:AdminEnsure all candidate files are complete and compliantRun background checks, ensuring they are complete in a timely mannerUpload job roles to the CRM systemWriting and posting job advertsManage onboarding and offboarding duties for candidates on a large scaleCarry out right to work checks on placed candidatesRespond to candidate queries via phone, email and VCEnsure Active / inactive candidates are filed correctly within internal systemsArchive candidates no longer seeking employmentAttend 1:1 meetings with HO Contingent TalentAttend company, team and client meetings as requiredResource active & passive candidates using job boards and social media for live and future requirementsBook relevant candidates in for registrationsBook interviews for candidates; send out confirmations with client address and useful informationSourcingBuild a bank of relevant candidates for the team, in line with live or future roles you may work onResource active & passive candidates using Linkedin recruiter, job boards and social media for live and future requirementsBe in tune with industry trends and developmentsBe enthusiastic to learn and develop knowledge at all timesBe aware of team targets and continually be aiming to assist in hitting and exceeding theseSpeak to relevant candidates about roles and with their consent provide a shortlist to the teamRequirements Minimum 6 months admin/co-ordination/reception experience – ideally in a recruitment/HR/sales/customer service environmentStrong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Excellent attention to detailConfidence in dealing with individuals at various levels of seniorityNaturally organized yet flexible in leading a busy and variable workloadAble to prioritize with easeSolutions-driven, creative and resourceful when solving challengesDesired NOT essential:Previous experience leading onboarding/offboarding dutiesOUR VALUESCreativity – Knowledge – Integrity – Collaboration – Honesty
