CK Group are recruiting for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Support to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Chester on a on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a multilingual role. Applicants must speak English and Dutch fluently. French as a third language would be an advantage. Salary: This role will pay £15 per hour (PAYE) Customer Service Support Role:Receive orders and enter them in SAP system after performing validations on orderInform customers in case of quality issues related to product, recalls, or put on hold situationsHandle backorders and returns for customers: entering into system, obtaining approvals where necessary, informing customer of decisions, and clearing logsMonitor all open orders until completion and address exceptionsReceive and answer customer contacts through phone, e-mail and fax and record in call tracking tool Your Background:Be fluent in English and Dutch.
