Psychology SEN Support Mentor – Person Specification
1. Minimum of a 2.1 classification in Psychology
2. Previous experience supporting SEN pupils is advantageous
3. Resilient and dedicated individual
4. Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
5. Ideal for aspiring teachers and psychologists
6. Genuine desire to forge a career supporting SEN young people
Psychology SEN Support Mentor- About the Role
7. Monday-Friday school hours
8. Offer 1:1 interventions for pupils with ADHD and Autism
9. Paid £460 – £560 per week (term time)
10. Work closely with the inclusion team and teachers
11. Provide classroom support to pupils
12. Create tasks and activities to support SEN pupils
13. Deliver and plan group interventions for pupils with behavioural issues
