The service runs 7 days a week, and operates between 17:00 and 22:00 and includes Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year. Main duties of the job Working under the supervision of Registered Nurses and within Trust guidelines & protocols, you'll assist in delivering the excellent patient care you would expect for yourself and your loved ones. Your duties will involve supporting patients with personal care needs, and will involve traveling to patients' homes from various locations Following on the job training & assessment, you'll learn how to undertake a range of delegated, duties. Car owner/ user essential. Previous community experience is preferred; however, training will be available.
