Role Description
The role is ideal for someone who is eager to get into the world of media and learn everything digital and comms from the ground up. It sits with the team looking after Rockstar Games, Crunchyroll and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
The role is varied from finance and administrative duties initially however also focusses on supporting the team on forming communication strategies, creating media plans, and working closely with third parties like TikTok, Reddit, Amazon and Google to help make our ideas reality.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a strategic & creative comms media team. You won’t be expected to have experience, but we do expect you to have a true passion for digital and have your own opinions from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
1. Gain the respect and trust of all relevant clients by demonstrating knowledge, commitment and enthusiasm for the business;
2. Work with internal specialist units to deliver the best response/service to clients;
3. Create and maintain relationships with external agencies and key media partners;
4. Help ensure the smooth management of account finances and administrative tasks;
5. Have the ability to escalate issues quickly to the Comms Manager and Director.
Planning
6. Support the team in all aspects of media planning & buying.
7. Understand the brief and help challenge clients;
8. Understand and utilise Mediabrands’ planning tools;
9. Support the team in the implementation of campaigns – e.g.: Request/check/deliver accurate timelines and ensure on-time deliveryDeliver live campaign updates
10. Support the team in campaign reporting;
11. Support the team in the recommendation and implementation of campaign optimisations
12. Support the team in administrative and finance tasks
Coordination
13. Support the Comms Manager in coordinating internal specialist teams and key media partners for both planning and activation;
14. Work closely with internal specialist teams to deliver accurate & timely reports to clients;
15. Challenge and question recommendations with the support of Comms Managers to ensure the best possible delivery for clients.

16. Proficient in Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook;

20. Understanding and passion for media channels;
21. Great level of numeracy with a particular ability to analyse and interrogate numbers and produce compelling arguments;
