Job Description
Elevation Recruitment Group HR are excited to be working with a private healthcare business based in Sheffield as they look to appoint a HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis - the role is also available on part-time, 4 day basis.
Reporting into the HR & Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and acting as the first line of enquiry for a headcount of 80 employees. As a HR Advisor, your role will include:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for managers on people matters
* Support the full employee lifecycle including starters, changes, leavers, exit interviews and offboarding processes
* Deliver clear, consistent advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
* Manage low-level ER cases, including investigations and performance processes, escalating to the Director where needed
* Coach and support managers to address issues early and minimise formal escalation
* Lead safer recruitment activities across the full lifecycle, from advertising and selection to onboarding and compliance checks

To be successful in this role, you must:
* Have previous, recent HR experience
* Have healthcare, education, non-for-profit or similar industry experience
* Be CIPD qualified or working towards this
* Be a driver with access to your own car
