Job Description:
We support individuals in their own flats with 1-1 support, ranging from high support needs to those needing motivation and support for a healthy lifestyle. Support workers will work with two young ladies, including one requiring sleep-ins every night.
We need staff who are flexible and passionate about caring for people and helping them live as independently as possible while keeping them safe.
The role involves providing tailored care and support based on individual needs and wishes, helping residents achieve their goals, and encouraging a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Tasks include personal care, supporting interests and activities, domestic tasks, and completing paperwork.
Support can be during the day or night, with duties including supporting night-time routines, personal care, domestic work, and responding to support needs throughout the night. Overtime is paid at an additional £2.50 per hour. A full driving license and willingness to drive accessible vehicles are essential.
