Job Description
This role leads the growth and performance of the Residential Living Platform, shaping how the business operates, serves residents, and delivers value across its portfolio. It carries significant influence and a clear pathway to future senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the operational performance of residential assets, ensuring strong occupancy, customer experience, and long‑term value.
* Shape and scale the Living Platform, taking increasing responsibility for commercial outcomes.
* Oversee leasing, sales and revenue activity across mixed‑tenure schemes.
* Develop and evolve the brand, marketing approach and customer journey.
* Provide operational insight into new developments to ensure efficiency and resident alignment.
* Support engagement with investors and partners.
* Build and lead a high‑performing team across operations, leasing, marketing and customer experience.
* Establish clear governance, performance measures and reporting standards.
Essential Experience
* Experience leading operations within residential living or a comparable customer‑focused property environment.
* A track record of improving performance across income‑producing assets.
* Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance customer, operational and financial outcomes.
* Experience leading teams and shaping culture.
* Confidence working with senior internal and external stakeholders.
