Part of the Accordience Group, we offer the scale of a global network with the collaborative, supportive feel of a specialist consultancy.

Role overview
We’re looking for an ambitious, curious individual with a passion for corporate communications, business, and finance to join our London team as an Analyst (our entry-level role, equivalent to an Account Executive).

If you’re ready to launch your career in strategic corporate and financial communications, and want to do it in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive team, then this could be the opportunity for you!

Working within our specialist financial & corporate communications team, you’ll help shape high-impact campaigns, raise the profile of leading organisations, and contribute fresh ideas that help our clients and our agency grow.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same in strategic communications, but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

* Preparing for client meetings, including drafting agendas and activity reports
* Assisting with the submission of announcements to the Regulatory News Service (RNS) of the London Stock Exchange
* Conducting in-depth desktop research to support client strategies
* Monitoring news and media coverage to track stories that impact clients
* Developing a strong understanding of the media landscape, key journalists, and editorial trends
* Creating media target lists and refining media outreach techniques
* Building relationships with journalists and key media contacts
* Drafting press releases, social media posts, blogs, and other communications materials with support from senior team members
* Assisting in new business pitches and proposals
* Supporting the agency’s marketing initiatives, including social media activity on platforms like LinkedIn

About You

* A genuine and demonstrable interest in business, financial markets and staying up-to-date with current affairs
* A confident communicator, able to engage effectively with clients, journalists, and colleagues
* An excellent writer, with the ability to produce clear and concise content
* Analytical and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all work
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
* A strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Tech-savvy, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

And in return…

We believe in rewarding great work and creating an environment where you can thrive:

* Work from Anywhere up to 4 weeks per year.
* 25 Days’ Holiday, increasing by 1 day each year up to 28 days.
* Additional Birthday leave, so you can enjoy a gifted day to celebrate.
* Early Finish Fridays so you can start your weekend at 4pm.
* Enhanced Family Leave, supporting you through life’s milestones.
* Office Perks, including free fruit and breakfast when in the office.
* Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), offering 24/7 wellbeing support.
* Life Assurance, providing peace of mind.
* New Business & Employee Referral Schemes to reward you for bringing in opportunities and talent.

At CDR UK, we’re proud of our collaborative and supportive culture. You’ll be joining a team where your contribution is genuinely valued, and you’ll have opportunities to grow your career while working in a flexible, people-first environment. Additionally, we recognise that to deliver the best work for our clients, we need a diverse range of perspectives and experiences. As an equal opportunities employer, we are committed to ensuring best practice approaches to a diverse and inclusive recruitment process and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.
