ABOUT THE ROLE
Step into the heart of our team and play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll help maintain a spotless, safe environment across the pot-wash and back-of-house areas, ensuring everything is ready for exceptional dining experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Wash pots, pans, plates, and cutlery to the highest standard.
* Ensure everything is cleaned, polished, and returned quickly so the kitchen runs like clockwork.
* Wash and disinfect pot-wash appliances, work surfaces, floors, and walls to maintain a pristine environment.
* Follow all back-of-house due diligence and hygiene standards.
* Take responsibility for cleaning routines and ensure they’re always adhered to.
* Remove and recycle waste efficiently from the restaurant areas.
* Comply with internal audit requirements to keep standards sky-high.
* Assist the kitchen team with food prep when needed—get hands-on and learn new skills!
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
* Willingness to be flexible with shifts on a rota basis
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential — full training provided
