What you’ll be doing
· Drive the creation and implementation of account growth strategies focused on renewals and expansion
· Build strong executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients
· Partner with Customer Engagement Managers to align on retention and growth initiatives
· Navigate SHL’s full product suite to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
· Collaborate with pre-sales and solution experts to design impactful proposals
· Lead QBRs and strategic reviews showcasing SHL’s value and performance insights
What we’re looking for from you
Essential:
· Proven experience in account management or solution sales
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
· Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
· Track record of strategic growth and client relationship building
Desirable:
· Experience in SaaS or HR Tech
· Understanding of HR/talent lifecycle solutions
· Familiarity with consultative selling approaches
· Ability to lead C-suite presentations and negotiations
You must hold the relevant right-to-work documentation for this role.
