Overview:
We are looking for experienced Baristas and Café Staff to join our friendly and fast-paced café team in Ringwood. This is a daytime-only role, ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and working in a quality-focused café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot drinks to a consistent standard
* Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
* Take customer orders accurately and handle payments
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, bar, and seating areas
* Assist with food service where required
* Follow food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
* Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a barista or café staff is essential
* Confident in making espresso-based drinks
* Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
* Able to work well under pressure
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours:
* Daytime shifts only
* Weekend availability is essential
