Location: Wandsworth, London
Required: 5 years + Property experience (Auction experience ideal but not necessary)
Salary: £50k -60k Base, £90-£125k OTE first year, £150-Uncapped OTE second year.

The Role & Its Ideal Suitor
We are seeking an experienced property professional to join our successful team. This is a client-facing role combining business development with Valuing, focused on:
* Winning new business – building and adding new estate agent partners/ Solicitor Partnerships etc.
* Nurturing existing clients – ensuring partner and vendor relationships are managed effectively and revenue growth opportunities maximized.
This is a highly autonomous role where you will manage your own diary, self-generate opportunities, and create long-lasting partnerships.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a proven property professional with at least 5 years’ experience at Valuer or Branch Manager level, ideally with a track record in generating new business and building strong client relationships.
You will be:
* Tenacious, driven, and self-motivated
* Confident in building new business opportunities (“self-gen”)
* A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
* Organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude
* Experienced in the property industry (auction experience desirable but not essential)
You must also have:
* A full UK driving license
* Good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, virtual meeting platforms)
* Ability and desire to cold call and present and speak to groups effectively (face-to-face and online)
Skills and Experience
* Experience in the property industry is essential - to a minimum of three years of Valuer or Branch Manager level.
* Experience within property auctions, would be desirable, although not essential.
* Proven track-record in generating new business / revenue
* B2B sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Must be highly organized, motivated and looking to join an innovative, forward thinking company.
* Ability to cold call - from both a face to face and telephone approach
* Ability to maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the company’s services.
* Effective Communicator - must have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Prompt and accurate reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and also as required
* Excel, Word, PowerPoint and general IT systems skills
* Ability to present to groups in both physical and virtual environments.
* UK Based with Full UK Drivers License and ability to provide references upon request.
* BDM experience would be desirable
