Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our current team. As a Chef, you will support our Head Chef in kitchen operations ensuring our customers receive high-quality meals in a welcoming environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and has a flair for creativity in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
* Daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
* Support kitchen staff, providing guidance when needed.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications while maintaining high standards of presentation.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
* Collaborate with our Front of House team to ensure a smooth service.
* Maintain an organised kitchen environment that promotes productivity and creativity.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production techniques.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
* Previous experience is highly desirable.
* The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
