Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality lessons at KS3 and KS4, ensuring students achieve their full potential.
* Assess student progress and contribute to continuous improvement within the faculty.
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to monitor attainment and support student development.
* Foster a culture of learning, achievement, and personal growth in line with the school ethos.
